Prime Parts offers free shipping on orders over $100.

For orders under $100, Prime Parts charges a flat rate of $10 for both North and South Island.

Orders placed before 3pm between Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day. You should receive these orders overnight.

Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched ASAP, or on the following day at the latest.

Orders can be collected for our warehouse. Please clearly state this in the order notes when placing the online order.

Items need to be in a resalable condition and a copy of the invoice needs to be included in the parcel.
